CAME : Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Exposition

Exposition : description , explanation ,interpretation

the main goal of the CAME:

CAME talks about the structure, policies, procedures and content of an airline CAMO. as required under CAO.IR PART "M" Regulation.

where the content of the exposition requires processes and procedures to be provided, these may be included in other documents provided they are referred to in the exposition.

the purpose of this CAME is :

to set forth (تنظیم شدن) the procedure and the means by which X-airline complies, in essence(در اصل), with the requirements of the CAO.IRI Part-M and/or ......

to give the CAO.IRI an understanding of the organization , Facilities and procedures used within X Airlines CAMO to produce an airworthy product.

هدف CAME مربوط به یک ایرلاین این است که

الف )

این اطمینان ایجاد شود که روش طی شده در یک ایرلاین مطابق با Part M سازمان هواپیمایی آن کشور می باشد.

و نیز

به سازمان هواپیمایی کشوری اعلام شود که شرکت در چه وضعیتی قرار دارد ، چه امکانات و فرآیندی (facility & Procedure) دارد ، که در نتیجه آن صلاحیت پرواز(Airworthy) ایجاد می گردد. که خروجی نهایی و مطلوب یک ایرلاین همین صلاحیت و سلامت پرواز می باشد..

ب )

to provide a document which enable X airline staff members to understand and appreciate the organization of X-airline CAMO.

وجود مرجعی که افراد فعال در CAMO به آن مراجعه نمایند.

it also defines their individual duties , the inter-dependence of all departments and the procedure to be followed to meet the requirements of the IRI.CAO for the continued Operation.

و نیز ذکر شرح وظایف هر فرد فعال در واحد CAMO و نیز شرح چگونگی رابطه بین واحد های مختلف با واحد CAMO

توضیخاتی در مورد rev , issue

each page is identified with the Issue status of the document.

each page is Identified with a Revision status and date.

where the Page is Original ,it is identified as " Revision:0 ".

whenever a single page of a part is changed , the whole part will be re-issued at the new Revision status.

the next explanation is about CAME distribution list which introduces the Holders Of the CAME (usually a Hard copy or a soft copy(CD) ) .

CAME در اختیار کدام واحد ها قرار می گیرد؟

* IRI.CAO (Deputy of Flight Standards)

* Accountable Manager

*CAMO manager

* QA manager

* DMD of Maintenance

*DCC ( document Control Center)

یکی وظایف فردی که یک نسخه از CAME را در اختیار دارد این است که نسبت به بروز بودن آن نسخه اهتمام ورزد و در هنگام تردید نسبت به این موضوع از کتابدار ایرلاین(company librarian) در این مورد مشورت بگیرد.

پس از هر بار تغییر در یک داکیومنت ، صفحه list of revision pages نیز به امضای مجدد می رسد تا این تغییرات مورد تایید قرار گیرد.

پس از ارسال نسخه های کپی از یک داکیومنت (مثلا CAME) به واحد های مربوطه، باید تاییدیه دریافت نیز از آن واحد ها دریافت گردیده و در یک فایل در DCC نگه داری گردد.

* نکته : اصلاحیه های دستنویس قابل قبول نمی باشد.

تا اینجا فصل اول (Introduction) را توضیح دادیم

و حال فصل دوم با عنوان General information که خود شامل چند زیر مجموعه است:

- corporate Commitments by the Operator

که مجموعه تعهدات شرکت در ان بیان شده است که دراین (LINK ) توضیحات بیشتری داده ام.

-general information

که شامل شرح مختصری از سازمان و رابطه ان با سایر سازمان ها و نیز ساختار هواپیماها و انواع آن و حوزه کاری یا (Scope of work)

مثال:

X-airline is an operator that has Approved Part 145 Maintenance Organization with related Capability list and also uses suitably approved part 145 maintenance contractors to satisfy the requirements of CAO.IRI Part M.

در مورد لیست شرکت هایی که خدمات تعمیر و نگهداری به این ایرلاین آرائه می دهند Refer داده می شود به فصلی از CAME که به آن رجوع شود .

مثال :

Further Maintenance Support is provided By the maintenance Organization listed in Part 3 of this CAME.

در مورد Fleet Composition ، اطلاعات مربوط به تایپ هواپیما ، شامل تایپ ان و رجیستر و سریال نامبر و نوع کاربری (باری یا مسافر بری) در جدولی بیان می شود .

نکته :

در هنگام افزایش یا کاهش ناوگان شرکت از بخش هایی که همواره باید گوش به زنگ باشیم که آن را به روز کنیم جدول مذکور در این بخش است.

this Part is revised Each time a type of aircraft significant number of aircraft is remark or added to this list.
